Membership Dues for the 2025 season will be $50.00 and must be paid prior to participating in tournaments as a member. If membership is not paid; you will be required to participate in the Guest Flight. Please send your membership dues, tournament entry fee (green fees, flights & skins) and tee selection (see below) by the pre-pay date of the first tournament you play. You may make one payment for all tournament fees (green fees, flights & skins), membership dues, and other competitions we may create.

Please remember… if you have not notified us or if we have not received your tourney fees in a timely manner, then you may be placed on the “waiting list” if the event has been sold out. We request paying in advance prior to the next tourney you plan to play. If your plans change and you cannot play, we will credit your account and apply that to the next tournament you play.
*AGA Membership/Handicap Cards – You have the “OPTION” of purchasing an Arizona Golf Association Handicap (AGA or GHIN) Card as an Arizona Golf Guild member for $40 after December 31st or purchasing it on-line on the AGA website for $35.00 prior to the end of the year; you will be activated in the AGA as soon as you pay your fee. You will be responsible for posting all your adjusted golf scores (recommend posting hole by hold scores); you can do that on-line or at most Arizona golf courses.
*Note: The AZGG (AZ Golf Guild) and the AGA (Arizona Golf Association) are two separate organizations and neither one collects (money) for the other. You “DO NOT” need an AGA Handicap to play in AZGG events.
Most tournament fees this year will be $85 per tournament ($70 for green fees, $15 for Flight & Skins competition). All can and should be paid in a single payment of $85 (less credits).
Guest fees will also be $85 this year which includes $10 applied to a Calloway Guest Flight which is refundable if we do not have a least three guests playing. It also includes your $5 entry into Gross and Net Skins at a 0 handicap. Guests do not qualify for CTP’s, Match Play or Best Ball (some of the many benefits of joining).
The exceptions to the above fees are the City of Phoenix (COP) courses and all Tee Time Tournaments. Your entry fee for COP courses is $15 (which includes Flight and Skins). The entry fee is paid directly to the AZ Golf Guild. You are responsible for paying your greens fees, cart fees, and for range balls in the Golf Course Pro Shops
You may or may not have the option of walking, riding, and using your COP discount golf card at the City of Phoenix courses. Currently most of them (Encanto, Aguila and Cave Creek) will not allow us to play a shotgun start. You will be notified of any changes if/when any of these courses allow shotgun starts.
If you (or your guest) fail to show up at a tournament without timely notice... and it costs the AZGG... you will be required to pay that cost prior to playing in the next tournament.
For some tournaments, we are limited to a maximum number of players… so first come, first served. Please sign-up and pay early, and if you must cancel, give us timely notice, so we have time to contact players on the “waiting list”.
